Changelog
Autoticket hasn't launched on the Atlassian Marketplace yet, so there's no installed base this changelog is serving — we're publishing it anyway because it's a true, generated record of the project's version history, and we'll keep adding to it after launch. One section per app version below; dates and version numbers are taken directly from the project's git history and deploy records. These version numbers are the project's own internal release labels (used consistently in its deploy records) — Forge keeps a separate internal deploy counter per environment, which is noted where it differs.
App renamed — October 20, 2026
- Renamed the app to Autoticket for Sentry and Jira (previously "Sentry Bridge for Jira") after finding the original name already in use by another Marketplace app. No functional change.
Forge's own per-environment deploy counters for this release: development v2.14.0, production v2.3.0.
v2.10.0 – v2.12.0 — October 19, 2026
- Added per-project creation filters: an environment allowlist, a minimum Sentry level, and an "only alert rules" mode.
- Added content templates: a summary template, tokenized labels, and priority mapped from Sentry level.
- Added a 50-event activity log on the admin and project settings pages, covering created, synced, filtered (with reason), and error outcomes.
- Added one-click import of existing unresolved Sentry issues as Jira work items, with saved pagination progress across runs.
- Added a six-step guided setup checklist and a "Create a test work item" button that exercises the real field pipeline.
- Hardened backlog import pagination and settings-page authorization based on internal review.
v2.0.0 – v2.8.0 — October 18, 2026
- First working version: automatic Jira work item creation from Sentry issues, two-way resolve sync, and regression reopening.
- Added HMAC-SHA256 webhook signature verification, a ±5-minute timestamp window, and installation-id verification (trust-on-first-use) on incoming Sentry webhooks.
- Added automatic retry for transient ticket-creation queue failures, and a keep-warm schedule to reduce cold-start delay on the Sentry webhook.
